SilverFashionsJewelry offers the following Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return our jewelries in their original and unworn condition within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.

If you want to retun an item for a refund or an exhange, send us an email and let us know the reason why you are returning the item or if you are exchanging it to a different size so we can reserve the product immediately. Pack you item securely so it will arrive to us in a good contdition and the refund or exchange will be processed right away. An email notification will be sent right away that your return or exchange is being processed.

Backorder Policy:
If the item happens to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately through email and advise you when will the item be shipped. All backordered items will be charged through Paypal. We will give a full refund if we can't fulfill the availability of the item. Customers are always welcome to cancel a backorder item anytime and a full refund will be given. We will send an email right away the moment we know that the item is out of stock and the customer just need to reply if the backorder is cancelled or not.

Shipping Policy:
At this time we use USPS for shipping amd it is pretty simple for now, flat rate of $2.95 for domestic and $6.95 for international.

Sales Tax and Sales Tax Exemptions:
SilverFashionsJewelry is based in the state of Wisconsin and by law we are required to collect sales tax to customers only residing in Wisconsin.
